Hard Work and Strong Values
My grandparents on my father’s side settled in Northern Anne Arundel county over 90 years ago. I am life-long resident of North County. My parents, Lee and Marie Gardner are my heroes. They lived through the depression and taught their children the values of family, hard work and personal responsibility. They taught me that service to your country and community is an honor.
I have dedicated my life to serving this great county, state and community. Like my father who served in WWII, I enlisted in the US Army and in my 23 years of service as an Army Aviator I achieved the rank of CW5. I have also served the State of Maryland as the Chief Information/Technology Officer for the MVA in Glen Burnie. I continue to serve our community as a leader on several boards, commissions and community organizations.
