Patty Ewing, State Delegate Candidate, District 32

Tom Gardener has my full support for County Council. He has dedicated his life to service and will work hard for all of us in Anne Arundel County. You would be hard pressed to find another person with a stronger commitment to his community. I believe Tom will make a positive difference. And, honestly, he is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I fully support Tom Gardner for County Council in District 2!

As a leader in my son’s school, I know the importance of the role of the County Council in funding our schools and I know that Tom will work hard to make our children his first priority. As a woman, I know that it is vitally important to support the best candidate, regardless of their gender.

Tom Gardner will serve our County the same way he has served our Country, with dedication, integrity and distinction.

The 2018 Anne Arundel County Council election will be the most important Council election in a generation.  The next Council will determine land-use priorities for the next decade, oversee major infrastructure improvements, and guide the County's transition to smaller, neighborhood schools.

The Council seat in District 2 (which includes Glen Burnie, Harudale and Severn) is the "swing" district that will determine control of the Council. Democrats held this seat in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s; Republicans have held this seat since then. Liberal Democrats will work hard to recapture the seat.

Our outstanding Republican candidate, Tom Gardner, has no opposition in the Republican primary election. Tom will face the winner of the Democrat primary in the November general election.

Tom Gardner is an exceptional candidate. He is working very hard to win and will make a great member of the County Council.  He is a combat veteran, a former high-ranking State employee, and a leader in the business community.  He has done well in early fundraising and has more campaign cash on hand than his two Democrat opponents.

Tom’s upcoming event on April 4th will be his most important fundraiser of this election cycle. This event will give Tom the resources he needs to win the Council seat in November.  I hope you will attend Tom's event and help him secure the resources he needs to win in November.
